Oncology Nurse Practitioner/ APRN/PA: New Haven, CT
Advanced practice nurse who is an integral part of a multidisciplinary disease team providing specialized care to a population of patients with Cancer. The incumbent works in collaboration with the attending physicians and other members of the disease team to manage patients during all phases of the disease process from diagnosis, through treatment and discharge or end of life. These positions exist in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Primary function of the Physician Assistant is to provide comprehensive medical care for the surgical patient under the direct supervision of the attending physician of record. The PA will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide optimum care for patients on their assigned service.
