Hospital Partnership Development Specialist - Boston, MA

The person in this position is the key contact person for the company and the services it offers our partner hospitals / patients. This is a relationship role where one will be working with clinical personnel across various specialty’s’ and departments. Responsible for facilitating the achievement of the companies financial and partnership development goals for their defined territory through the positive promotion of our programs and services tomember clinicians & case management personnel.

• Ensures the effective promotion of company products and services to all referral sources including but not limited to physicians, member hospital clinical staff, hospital & payer case managers and home health agencies in assigned area of responsibility.
• Reviews monthly performance results with the Director of Case Management and other appropriate hospital department heads to ensure member engagement and participation in meeting by-law requirements for a member in good standing, on-going program development, planning or corrective actions. Works with corporate leadership to identify & develop new business/service opportunities at assigned member hospital(s).It's sales, service, and it's ongoing relationship building; making sure our partner hospital(s) is/are satisfied with the services offered.
